They have plenty of money for huge marketing campaigns over here in the UK, launching many new products, continually updating the iOS and Android apps but the 1000's of us here in this thread are hushed up with lame excuses. Sonos reps have failed to provide answers or a real explanation and just given excuses and marketing BS. Please tell your Dev teams they are a total joke on this forum.īut this is now beyond a joke now and we are still without ANY official support for: "Under Consideration" for almost 2 years?Įven an Ent could have dictated the code for a sonos app on all platforms by this time. "I called SONOS Customer Support at 80 to request status of Windows app, and they told me to buy a used I Phone from ebay. But all yours "Consideration-mumble-jumble" - to me that is arrogant.īe aware that a lot of people actually use time to write here! The requires answers, and i Know it is not the Sonos-Policy, but sometimes voices of the real World should win over Company policy.ĭaddy is not angry, Daddy is disappointed! VERY Disappointed Is it because a specific number of device are to low - then let us know. Or at least give the crowd a reason to the lack of Windows Phone and Windows RT. Nut much acutally, just do something more the "Considerate" and "Surveing". That would buy you some more time to "To Considerate" A working app with basic funtionality would be a start, make it a beta or something. This is not a - "Rocket to Mars"-project. Or, and this is were my likes for Sonos disappeared. I have been forced to purchase the Phonos App. I pay big bucks for a sound system, and expect flexibitily. The lack of Windows Phone Support and Windows RT support is in no way acceptable. I liked Sonos, I prefered Sonos, I recommened Sonos.
